Club Policy & Code of Conduct

K-Little Devils United · North York · Richmond Hill · Thornhill · Vaughan · Winter 2026 Season

KLDU Youth Soccer exists to develop young players in a small-group setting where every child gets real coaching attention. This document sets out what players, parents and coaches can expect from each other, and the rules that keep our programs safe, fair and enjoyable for everyone.

Training facility. Indoor gymnasium in North York (404 & Finch area) — 70 Margaret Ave, North York, ON M2J 4C5.
Indoor schedule. Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:00–8:00 pm — two 2-hour gym blocks per week. Each group trains for 55 minutes. KLDU assigns each group its session time once registration closes, based on final numbers, and confirms it by email before the season starts.

5a. Uniform Size Chart

Youth sizing. Measure the child's standing height and chest circumference, then pick the row that fits both. If the child falls between two sizes, choose the larger one — jerseys are worn over a base layer and children grow through a 22-week season.

Size Approx. age Height Chest
YXS 4–5 100–110 cm 55–58 cm
YS 6–7 110–122 cm 58–62 cm
YM 8–9 122–134 cm 62–67 cm
YL 10–11 134–146 cm 67–73 cm
YXL 12 146–158 cm 73–79 cm

Measurements are the supplier's youth sizing and may vary by 1–2 cm. Shorts follow the same size code as the jersey. Questions about sizing: klittledevilsunited@gmail.com.

6. Health & Safety

7. Photography & Privacy

KLDU may photograph or record training sessions for coaching review and for club promotional use, including the club website and social media. Families who do not wish their child to appear in promotional material may decline consent on the registration form; that decision will be respected without affecting participation. Personal information collected at registration is used only for club administration and is never sold or shared with third parties.

8. Discipline

Conduct that breaches this policy is addressed in the following steps, though the club may move directly to a later step where behaviour is serious:

  1. A verbal reminder from the coach.
  2. A conversation with the parent or guardian.
  3. A written warning from the Technical Director.
  4. Suspension from one or more sessions.
  5. Removal from the program without refund.

Violence, threats, harassment and discriminatory conduct — by a player or an adult — may result in immediate removal from the program.

9. Recreational Team Policy

10. Concerns & Contact

Raise any concern with your child's coach first. If it is not resolved, contact the Director. We aim to respond to every written concern within five business days.
